Skiller 是一个浏览查看公开 AI 技能（兼容 Anthropic Claude、OpenAI Codex、Cursor 等 AI 智能体的 Skills）的工具，聚合展示来自 Anthropic 官方技能仓库及社区提交的、公开可获取的开源技能信息。
Skiller 是独立项目，与 Anthropic、OpenAI、Cursor 或任何第三方 AI 提供方均无隶属、背书或赞助关系。
你需年满 14 周岁方可使用 Skiller。使用本应用即表示你声明已满足该要求。未满 18 周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意并指导下使用。
无需账号即可使用 Skiller 的大部分功能。若要提交技能收录到社区库，需通过 GitHub 或 Apple 登录。你应妥善保管登录凭据，并对你账号下发生的活动负责。
当你提交一个 GitHub 仓库作为技能时，你确认：
提交仓库即表示你授予 Skiller 一项非独占、全球范围、免费的许可，用于在应用内及相关推广界面展示、链接并描述该仓库。
我们有权自行决定拒绝、移除或隐藏任何提交，无论是否事先通知。所有用户提交均经人工/程序审核通过后方在应用内公开展示。
你同意不得：
Skiller 中展示的技能归各自作者所有，按各仓库声明的许可证授权。Skiller 不拥有、不背书、不对第三方技能的功能、安全性或质量承担责任。安装任何技能到你的 AI 智能体前，请务必审阅其源代码。应用内展示的安装命令仅为便捷片段——运行它将执行由第三方技能作者控制的代码，你需自行承担安装风险。
若你认为目录中的某技能侵犯你的权利、含恶意内容或违反本协议，可在该技能详情页（点击右上角菜单图标）直接举报，或发送邮件至 handwanly@gmail.com。我们会尽快审核并在必要时移除内容。
Skiller 通过 Google AdMob 以非个性化模式展示横幅广告。广告 SDK 仅在你同意《隐私政策》后启动。使用本应用即表示你知悉并接受展示广告。
Skiller 按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的保证。我们不保证应用无错误、不中断或缺陷必被修复。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用本应用（包括但不限于因安装第三方技能）而引起或相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，Skiller 及其开发者不承担责任。
对于我们认为违反本协议或对其他用户、第三方或我们服务有害的行为，我们可随时（无论是否通知）暂停或终止你对 Skiller 的访问。你可随时停止使用并通过应用内注销流程删除账号。
我们可能不时更新本协议。顶部"最近更新"日期反映最新修订。变更发布后你继续使用即表示接受更新后的协议。
本协议的订立、生效、解释及争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。关于本协议的问题，请发送邮件至 handwanly@gmail.com。

Welcome to Skiller. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is developed and operated by an individual developer, duskecho.
Skiller is a tool for browsing publicly available AI Skills compatible with Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's Codex, Cursor, and similar AI agents. We aggregate publicly available Skills from sources including the official Anthropic skills repository and community-submitted GitHub repositories.
Skiller is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, or any other third-party AI provider.
You must be at least 14 years old to use Skiller. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors under 18 should use it under guardian consent and guidance.
You may use most of Skiller without an account. To submit a Skill for inclusion, you'll need to sign in with GitHub or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
When you submit a GitHub repository as a Skill, you confirm that: the repository is public and accessible; you have the right to make it publicly available; its content does not violate any third party's rights (copyright, trademark, or privacy); and it contains no malicious code, illegal content, hate speech, sexually explicit material, or content promoting violence. By submitting, you grant Skiller a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, link to, and describe the repository within the app and related promotional surfaces. We may refuse, remove, or hide any submission at our discretion, with or without notice. All submissions are shown publicly only after manual/automated review.
You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to its systems; submit spam, duplicates, or content unrelated to AI Skills; impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation; or scrape data for redistribution without permission.
Skills are owned by their respective authors and licensed per each repository. Skiller does not own, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party Skills. Always review a Skill's source code before installing it. Install commands are convenience snippets — running them executes third-party-controlled code, entirely at your own risk.
If a Skill infringes your rights, contains malicious content, or violates these Terms, report it from the Skill's detail page (top-right menu) or email handwanly@gmail.com. We aim to review promptly.
Skiller shows banner ads via Google AdMob in non-personalized mode. The ad SDK starts only after you accept the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to ads being displayed.
Skiller is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiller and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including damages caused by installing third-party Skills.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms others or our services. You may stop using Skiller and delete your account anytime via the in-app deletion flow.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
